Hi guys! Welcome to the start of the new Pamper Sundays! Today I give you some ideas on how to Pamper Yourself! Do you want to have a relaxing day, treating yourself right, but you don’t know how? Then keep reading!

Today I give you some ways on how to pamper yourself! Wanna know what you can do on a chill & pamper day? Here we go!

Take a nice long shower!

Choose your favorite shampoo, shower gel, face scrub or body scrub, and have a nice long hot shower while nourishing your body! Scrub your body and face, shave your legs, so when you get out of the shower you’re all clean and feeling brand new! You can also put on some relaxation music on the background to make everything more zen!

Do a hair mask!

Pampering yourself is all about taking good care of your body and soul. Why not also do that to your hair? I love hair masks, but somehow I always forget doing it! If you have the same problem as me, this is the time to finally do so! Grab your fave hair mask or make your own hair mask, I have a DIY Coconut Milk Hair Mask on my blog if you want to check that out! Leave your hair mask in for a couple of hours and in the mean time try to do other relaxing stuff you like!

Do a facial!

Cleanse your skin well. Use a nice face scrub or mask, and tone and moisturize your skin! Give yourself a lovely face massage to get rid off all of the toxins and remove impurities from your face. While your busy you can also pluck your eyebrows. After all those things, your face has never felt so good!

Give yourself a lovely manicure!

When you’re waiting for your hair mask to set or if you’re feeling a bit bored, go ahead and make some beautiful art on your nails! Moisturize your hands, trim your nails and put a lovely nail polish on! You can keep it simple, or go all out and spent the whole afternoon working on those little art pieces!

Give your feet some love!

Your feet have a tough life, they need to carry you anywhere you go! Show them some appreciation! Have a nice smelling foot-bath and give them a nice scrub with a pumice stone. Moisturize them and give them a lick of nail polish! Now you can walk a whole marathon again!

Some other non-beauty things you can do!

To relax your mind even further, do some yoga or meditation. Light some candles, with a relaxing scent. Make some lovely snacks for yourself, or read a book! You can also have a romantic night with yourself and put on some candles, and have a movie night! In the evening when it’s still a little warm outside go sit outside with a nice cup of tea!

    Handige tips! Ik vind het ook fijn om wat langer onder de douche te staan als ik echt even me-time heb. Lekkere douchegel of een Lush zeepje erbij, daarvan kan ik zo genieten 🙂
