L’Oreal – False Lash Wings Mascara | Review.

L’Oreal – False Lash Wings Mascara | Review.

Hello lovelies! Today I’m gonna review the L’Oreal False Lash Wings Mascara. Will this be my new fave mascara or will it be the worst one I’ve ever tried? Find out!

My old mascara was almost empty so I needed a new one. I chose the L’Oreal False Lash Wings Mascara. I love trying out new mascara’s, I want to test them all out, haha!

“Complete your winged eye look with volumised and fanned out lashes. False Lash Butterfly Wings mascara instantly volumises at the roots and stretches your lashes outwards for a winged eye effect.”

I saw some good things about this mascara, so I hope this one is gonna be my new fave! It’s in a silver tube, and it looks kinda pretty. The most interesting thing about this mascara is the brush, so let’s take a look at that up close!

This is what the brush looks like. It is a silicon bristled brush with a very interesting shape. Every part on this brush is different, there is a straight side, an outward curved side and an inward curved side. This brush supposed to have something in common with butterfly wings.

Here is what it looks like on my lashes, this is just one coat. I really needed to get used to this mascara at first because of the shape. It does give me some length, but it also looks pretty clumpy.

So what do I think of this mascara? I have a bit of mixed feelings about this one. I like that it’s nice and black and that it makes my lashes nice and long, but I really don’t like the clump. I do like my lashes a little bit thick and clumpy, but with this mascara it looks like I only have one lash. It does not separate my lashes very well and the brush applies a lot of product. The inward curved part also doesn’t really do what it supposed to do, you would think you can coat your outer lashes more easily, but I feel no difference from a normal brush. I must say that the inward curved part is really nice to use on the bottom lashes! Maybe I still need to figure out how this mascara works best for me and maybe it takes a while to get used to. It’s not the worst mascara in the world but also not the best in my opinion.

– The L’Oreal False Lash Wings Mascara retails for $8.99 or € 16,95.

That was my review on the L’Oreal False Lash Wing Mascara! I hope you all enjoyed reading and I will see you all next time!

I’ve been using this mascara for about a months now and it’s reached holy grail status for me! I can’t remember if mine is the waterproof formula, but I don’t find that it clumps whatsoever, but it is fairly new still…. we’ll see

I think it’s really a mascara to get used to, mine is just a really wet formula other than that I really like it! 🙂 X
