Soph X Makeup Revolution Eyeshadow Palette | Review.

Hi guys! It’s been a while that I reviewed an eyeshadow palette and I’m actually pretty excited to show you this one because I think this is kinda my fave at the moment. This palette could be the palette that I would create as I love the shades in this palette. I’ve made 2 makeup looks with it for you guys and swatched every shade, so keep on reading if you don’t wanna miss it!

This palette is from Makeup Revolution (now called Revolution) and in collaboration with Soph from the YouTube channel Sophdoesnails. I always watching her YouTube videos so when I heard that she came out with an eyeshadow palette I knew I needed to have it because she likes the same shades as I do! She also brought out some lipsticks and a highlighting palette, and she just came out with her second eyeshadow palette which I also really want to have!

First of all I love the packaging of the palette, I love the matte nude and the shiny gold lettering. It’s simple but really sophisticated, get it? SOPHisticated haha.

She also named all the shades herself and I love the names and they are all pretty original and they suit the shades so well.

The palette has 24 amazing shades in it. Most of them are warm toned but there are also some cool toned which I love. You have a variation of mattes, metallics, shimmers and also 1 with a subtle glitter. You can create so many different looks with this palette!

This is what the first row looks like. It contains the lightest shades, perfect for highlighting and as a transition color.

The second row is a bit more interesting. The first 3 are so creamy and pigmented and bright! I’m in love with them. The purple shade is also really pretty.

The third row has a mix of warm tones and cool tones. I love the reds and the orange, it’s so hard to find a good red eyeshadow. The green is also so stunning and pigmented. I think Petrol is the most interesting shades of all, in the palette it looks like a blue/green shade but when you swatch it it’s purple with a blue/green reflex. It’s so unique!

This is what the last row looks like, with a really nice bright pink, some nice shimmery copper shades and 3 darker shades to create definition. The black in this palette is also super pigmented!

I’ve created 2 looks for you guys with this palette but of course the possibilities are endless. This is a matte warm toned look which I love to create.

This look is more cool toned and I mostly used Petrol and Pine Tree on the lids, I love how this look came out!

This palette is amazing! I love Makeup Revolution as a brand and their eyeshadows are always so pigmented and rich for such an affordable price. They are buildable and blend really nicely, they’re pretty soft but didn’t find the fallout super bad actually. They last all day on the lid even without a primer. If you haven’t already you should definitely check out this gorgeous palette.

– The Soph X Makeup Revolution Eyeshadow Palette retails for €10,49 at Boozyshop.nl, $15.00 at Revolutionbeautyusa.com£10.00 at Superdrug.
