Torn Pumpkin Halloween Makeup Look.

Hello beauties! It’s almost Halloween and just like last year I’ve created a Halloween look for you guys, this makeup look is fairly simple and you don’t need any special products, this whole look is done with just normal makeup so if you wanna know how to recreate this look then keep on reading!

Just like last year I wanted to create a Halloween look to give you guys some inspiration. I wanted to keep it fairly simple as I know not many people want to spend hours in makeup for a Halloween party. This look I’ve created with just normal everyday makeup so that shows you that you don’t need SFX makeup or body paint to create a cool Halloween look. I’ve blended this look really well so because of that it took me 2 hours. If you want a REALLY creepy face make sure to check out my Halloween look from last year.

This is the look that we’re going to create today, It’s a torn up pumpkin face. I saw a picture on Pinterest and I thought it looked cool so I recreated it! Let’s start.

Excuse the one eyebrow, lol. I took off all my makeup except for that one brow as I didn’t want to do it again #lazyproblems. The first step is to sketch the outline where you want your pumpkin face to “tear”. I did this with a skin colored pencil. This doesn’t need to be neat yet, it’s just so you know where to apply your foundation and beauty makeup.

The next step is to apply your foundation to the “normal” side of your face, it doesn’t matter if you go a bit outside the lines.

Then you want to apply your concealer, highlighter and eye makeup like you want. You can go for your everyday look or make it a bit more glam. My outline disappeared a bit so I needed to reapply this but this time a little more neatly because for the next step we get serious and go in with the black lines.

Now that you know where you want your lines to be it’s time to make them black. This can be a bit tricky and it requires a bit of a steady hand. I used a black liquid liner for this so I could draw on nice thin black lines. When you’re done with that you can blend out the skin colored pencil so it’s not noticeable anymore.

Now you go into your makeup stash and find the most orange bronzer you own. I really was struggling in the beginning on how I was going to make my face look orange and that I thought, BRONZER! It worked really well actually so I was pretty happy. Now there finally is a good use for those too orange bronzers, haha. Apply the bronzer to the pumpkin side like the picture.

Now take a warm toned chocolate brown eyeshadow and draw some lines on your face like I did.

Blend those out really well. I went back and forth with adding more eyeshadow and blending, this took a while but I just continued till I was happy.

Next you take a really small brush and draw a black line in the middle of the brown lines we just created. This will give it more depth and dimension. Blend out the black lines as well but not as far as the brown ones. You can always go back in with the brown and black till you’re satisfied.

Now it’s time to add some shadow to the crack on our face! Take your black eyeshadow again and blend that around the edges of the crack and face.

Now it’s time for some highlight. Grab a white pencil and draw a line in the middle between each 2 black lines. Blend this out as well. I also added in some more bright orange eyeshadow because I was losing a bit of the orange.

We are almost done, it’s time to make this look like an actual pumpkin! Draw the eye, nose and mouth just how you like. I did this by using a black pencil as outline and filled it in with black eyeshadow.

And there is the finished look! See it wasn’t that hard was it. I really hope you all enjoyed reading and maybe even recreate this look for a Halloween party. I really enjoyed creating this look and I think it turned out really cool, what do you think?
